Pet Policy:
The following pets are welcome upon approval. Inside cats and dogs under 25 pounds. Caged birds or fish with a 20-gallon aquarium or less. No aggressive breeds and no exotic animals are allowed. A $350 pet deposit is required ($200 is non-refundable). Pet rent is $15 per pet and is enforced. Specific animal, breed, number, weight restrictions, pet rules, and pet deposits will not apply to households having a qualified service/assistance animal(s).
